Can I report on the activity of my team?

By using Note Categories you can answer specific questions about your team's activity. Note categories are way to classify your deal or contacts notes.  You can setup specific notes categories in the Admin tool. Some examples of Note Categories include: phone calls, meetings, appointments, voicemail's, reason lost. Using the notes report you can answer questions like: How many phone calls have been made across the whole company? How many sales meetings did my rep John Smith conduct last week? How many support problems have we had this quarter? To retrieve a notes report click: 1. Click on Reports 2. Click on Notes Report 3. Use the simple or advanced filters to pull specific criteria. In this example, I see that Nicolas Smith has made 3 Phone Call's This Week.
