Contact and Lead tags allow you to associate one or more keywords to your contacts and leads. These pre-defined keywords can help you group your relationships into categories. For example you can create Tags to create a list of all your VIPÕs, Golfers, or Vendors. To create tags for your account simply follow these steps: 1. Go to Admin 2. Manage Contact and Lead Tags 3. Click on Add a New Tag button 4. Type your New Tag 5. Save the Tag 6. Repeat at necessary to add all your tags Your tags will automatically alpha sort in the list to make it easy to find them.
